What may I do with the download?

miniature is a free project for personal print ideas. The licences of the underlying data remain decisive.

Personal use and modifications

The open data licences allow copying, editing and sharing. Source and licence information is included in your download. Keep it and pass it on when sharing files.

Is commercial use allowed?

CC BY 4.0 and CC0 generally also allow commercial use of the material they cover. We cannot simply replace those rights for open source data with “personal use only”. We therefore do not declare a blanket ban on commercial use of downloads.

This is not a complete clearance for every building reproduction. Other rights, such as rights relating to architecture, trademarks or people, may apply. Check these separately, particularly before selling or distributing files or prints. No separate non-commercial licence has currently been established for additional original design contributions.

Give credit

CC BY 4.0 requires appropriate attribution, a licence link and an indication of changes. Use the actual sources listed in your ZIP: Zandvoort examples and newly generated areas may use different building datasets. Attribution must not suggest endorsement or support from the data provider.

CC0 does not make attribution a condition; we still include it for transparency. The website’s text, logo and program code are not automatically licensed by these data credits.

No guaranteed printability

The files are experimental. Check geometry, dimensions, printer profile and material assignments in your slicer. Data providers do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. This explanation does not replace the linked licence texts and is not individual legal advice.
